Ein nefol Dad,
    rho brofi'n awr
Yr hedd sy'n gwasgar
    ofnau'r llawr,
  A thywys ni
  I'th olau Di;
Rho inni'r dyfroedd sy'n bywhau,
A'r feddyginiaeth sy'n iacháu,
  O! gwrando'n cri.

Ein gweddi clyw, a thyrd yn nes,
A rho i'r oeraf galon wres
  Dy gariad mawr
  At blant y llawr;
Er cymaint ein pechodau ni
Ni pheidiodd dy drugardd Di
  Am ennyd awr.

Ein nefol Dad, yn dyner iawn,
Rho inni dy faddeuant llawn,
  Ac arwain ni
  I Galfari;
Cawn yno dan oleuni'r Groes
Ein gwasgu 'nghanol
    stormydd oes
  I'th noddfa Di.

Our heavenly Father,
    grant us to experience now
The peace that dispels
    the fears of the earth
  And guide us
  To thy light;
Give to us to waters which enliven,
And the treatment that heals,
  O hear our cry.

Our prayer hear, and come thou nearer,
And give to the coldest heart the warmth
  Of thy great love
  Toward the children of the earth;
Despite how great our sins
Thy mercy has not stopped
  For the space of an hour.

Our heavenly Father, very tenderly
Give to us thy full forgiveness,
  And lead us
  To Calvary;
There under the light of the cross we may
Get pressed in the middle
    of the storms of an age
  Into thy refuge.
