Hwylia 'nghalon, O! fy Arglwydd,
I glodfori rhyfedd ras;
Galw mae dy drugareddau
Am y gān bereiddia'i blas;
Dysg im ryw nefolaidd fesur
Genir gan y dyrfa fry;
Boed dy gariad digyfnewid
Byth yn destun mawl i mi.
Codaf yma f'Ebeneser -
Gras a'm nerthodd hyd yn hyn;
Yn dy ras gobeithiaf eto
Am fy nwyn i Seion fryn,
Iesu ddaeth o'r nef i'm ceisio,
A mi'n crwydro 'mhell o dre;
Ac i'm gwared o'm peryglon
Rhoes ei fywyd yn fy lle.

Hwylia'm calon, O, fy Arglwydd,
I glodfori'th rhyfedd ras,
Galw mae dy drugareddau
Am y gān bereiddia'i blās;
Dysg im' ryw nefolaidd fesur
Genir gan y dyrfa fry,
Boed dy gariad digyfnewid
Byth yn destun mawl i mi.
Ni all calon dyn ddychmygu,
Ni all tafod draethu i ma's
Pa mor ddirfawr yw fy nyled,
Anwyl Arglwydd, i dy ras:
Cymer feddiant llawn ohonof,
Cadw'm calon yn ei lle;
Gwaith fy mywyd bellach fyddo
Datgan clodydd gras y ne'.

Tune my heart, O my Lord!
To extol wonderful grace;
Calling are thy mercies
For the song of sweetest taste;
Teach me some heavenly measure
To be sung by the throng above;
Let thy unchangeable love be
Forever a theme of praise for me.
I will raise here my Ebenezer -
Grace has strengthened me thus far;
In thy grace I hope still
To be led to Zion hill,
Jesus who came from heaven to seek me,
And I wandering far from home;
And to deliver me from danger
He gave his life in my place.

Tune my heart, O my Lord,
To extol thy wonderful grace;
Calling are thy mercies
For the song of sweetest taste,
Teach me some heavenly measure
Sung by the throng above,
Let thy unchangeable love be
Forever a theme of praise for me.
The heart of man cannot imagine,
No tongue can set forth
How enormous is my debt,
Dear Lord, to thy grace:
Take full possession of me,
Keep my heart in its place;
May the work of my life henceforth be
To declare the praises of heaven's grace.

1. Come, thou fount of every blessing,
Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise;
Teach me some melodious sonnet,
Sung by flaming tongues above;
Praise the mount - oh, fix me on it,
Mount of God's unchanging love.
2. Here I raise my Ebenezer,
Hither by Thy help I come;
And I hope, by Thy good pleasure,
Safely to arrive at home:
Jesus sought me when a stranger,
Wand'ring from the fold of God;
He, to save my soul from danger,
Interposed his precious blood.

1. Come, thou fount of every blessing,
Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise;
Teach me some melodious measure,
Sung by flaming tongues above;
O the vast, the boundless treasure,
Of my Lord's unchanging love.
3. O to grace how great a debtor
Daily I'm constrained to be!
Let Thy goodness, like a fetter,
Bind my wandering heart to Thee.
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love;
Here's my heart, O take and seal it,
Seal it for Thy courts above.
