Pwy sydd genyf yn y nefoedd,
  'Mhlith y lluoedd disglaer, llon,
Na'r gwrthrychau sydd i'w canfod,
  Ar yr hynod ddaear hon,
Ond yr Iesu, Frawd ffyddlona'?
  Dyma'm noddfa dan y ne';
Ac er pallu'm cnawd a'm calon,
  Byddaf foddlon ynddo 'Fe.

Whom do I have in heaven,
  Amongst the shining, cheerful hosts,
Than the objects that are perceived,
  On this remarkable earth,
But Jesus, the most faithful Brother?
  Here is my refuge under heaven;
And though my flesh fail and my heart,
  I shall be satisfied in him.
